This penetrating sealer is perfect for use on Baked Tiles Co.'s crackle-glazed tiles and can also be used to seal grout and other porous surfaces. Its easy-to-use formulation makes application straightforward, allowing you to maintain the elegance of your tiles effortlessly.

Before using, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any other sealers or coatings. Apply the sealer when the surface temperature is between 4°C and 32°C, and remember to test on a small area first to confirm suitability. The tiles should be ready for installation after two hours, but keep them dry for 12 hours to achieve optimal results.

Please note: Regular use of harsh cleaners may affect the performance and longevity of the sealer. It won’t prevent surface wear or etching from harsh chemicals. Expected wear time is up to five years, depending on surface texture and maintenance. For best results, re-seal as needed.
