Really helpful. Steph sent me lots of options to compare with the Tuscany flower which helped to make the colour choices a lot easier. Tiles arrived on time. I can’t fault the service or quality of the tiles.

Please check each box before it goes out for shipping. As you know, one box delivered was completely smashed which cost us money because the builder couldn't finish all the tiling that day and we still owed him a full day's work.
What a great company! What fantastic tiles - so stylish! Communication was excellent and service too! Bought these tiles for my small kitchen flat and also used the recommended silicon and grout and so pleased I did as it finished off the look!
So glad I found you as I was struggling to find decent tiles to match my kitchen cupboards.
Just to note: the small number of boxed tiles came on a big pallet (I had to get rid of large pallet) which were very well packaged and tiles protected. The tiles could not be delivered up to my second floor flat due to their insurance purposes. I had to carry the tile boxes into flat which was fine as they were small boxes and not too heavy.
I will definitely come back again if need any other tiles in the future.

Excellent communication and support throughout the buying process. I found it really hard to choose the tiles that were right and they talked me through options and really helped with decision making. The first delivery didn’t go well due to the delivery company but baked tiles got it sorted straight away and the tiles that were replaced were all perfect. Thanks very much

Website is easy to use. Cut samples and full size single tiles are beautifully packed and arrive undamaged.

Only slight problem is some chipping to some of the tiles. But that obviously is to dobwith packing and postage / delivery of a breakable item .had a few chips on previous order too

Excellent products and great customer service. Worth the money. Found the website helpful in terms of selecting appropriate grout colours and spacing. My tiler cut two of the mural tiles incorrectly but they allowed me to buy two replacements (the mural comes as a set). Delivery costs would be my only negative, but not enough to mark down the score.

When I received my tiles a number of them were broken. I got in touch (which was very easy) and was immediately offered a refund for the broken tiles as well as a carriage refund. I found them extremely helpful and would not hesitate to recommend them
