Perfect Pairings
FOR ALL PROJECTS - FREE
Overwhelmed by options or just want a second opinion? Send us a few details and we’ll recommend tiles that work well together, plus grout colours and finishing touches to match.
Best For: Reasurrance and expert advice on tile combinations for all projects (like fireplaces, splashbacks, or cloakrooms).
What you get: Our designers will send you tile pairings, inspiration images, and a quote based on your brief.
Project Consultation
FOR LARGE PROJECTS - FREE
Perfect for whole rooms such as bathrooms, kitchens and paving projects. We will guide you on colour palettes, tile pairings, and general style direction to suit your space.
How Long: The consultation session normally takes 20-30 minutes, we recommend discussing 1–2 rooms per consultation. We will follow up with our ideas within a few days and prepare a quote accordingly.
What you get: A mood board presentation with up to three concepts per space
Patterned Floor Layout & Tile Planning
EMAIL, VIRTUAL OR IN-STORE - £75 per room
Our specialist service takes the guesswork out of laying tiles from our 1860 Collection. We’ll design a layout that flows with your space, complete with borders and placement that feel considered and cohesive. You’ll also get a full tile breakdown so you can order with confidence.
How to book: Email, call, or schedule a consultation with our team to discuss your ideas and submit your plans after reading our measurement guide
How to proceed: Once we’ve had a consultation, we’ll send you an invoice for the design fee, and get to work once it’s paid. This service typically takes 5–7 days
Full Room Tile Design + 3D Visualization
VIRTUAL OR IN-STORE - £100 per room
Sometimes, you may need help visualising your tile choices in a space. Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom, or hallway, our interior designers will work with you to create a cohesive design, factoring in layout, grout colours, and finishes.
Best For: Planning a full room tile scheme. Please note, this service is only for your tile design. You will get a full room scheme with layout visuals, finish suggestions, and a quote.
How to proceed: Once we’ve had a consultation, we’ll send you a invoice for the design fee, and get to work once it’s paid.

Purchase Your Products
Once you’ve chosen your favourites, our designers can arrange samples or help place your order online. From there, it’s just a short while until your beautiful new tiles are on their way to you, ready to transform your space.
