Wood effect porcelain brings the warmth of natural timber outdoors, somewhere real wood simply cannot go without warping, rotting, or needing constant upkeep.
Porcelain is the material of choice for outdoor tiling generally, frost proof, dense, and non-porous, holding up to a wet British winter far better than natural timber ever could. Our 20mm wood effect pavers can be laid straight onto a bed of sand or gravel without a concrete base, while thinner porcelain tiles need a properly prepared concrete base and exterior-grade adhesive. Many ranges carry an anti-slip finish, which matters given how often an outdoor wood-look floor gets wet. Laid in a staggered brick bond, wood effect pavers bring a natural, relaxed feel to a garden that a plain paving slab rarely achieves.
