Gloss tiles do something clever with light. The reflective surface bounces brightness back into a room, which is why gloss has always been a favourite in smaller bathrooms, cloakrooms and kitchens where every bit of natural or artificial light counts. White and pale gloss tiles in particular can make a compact room feel noticeably more open, while darker gloss shades bring a rich, almost lacquered depth to a feature wall.
Most of the range works beautifully on walls, and a good number of options suit floors too. One practical note: a high gloss surface is more reflective, and more slippery, than a matte or textured finish when wet, so for bathroom and wet room floors specifically we would usually point you toward a naturally finished or textured tile instead, keeping gloss for the walls where it does its best work. Our team is happy to talk through which finish suits which surface in your project.
