That’s why we love Pantone’s Colour of the Year tradition. It offers a reset, and a reminder that colour can shape our spaces, and in turn, shape our mood. For 2026, Pantone has chosen Cloud Dancer, a beautifully soft, almost chalky white that feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s pure, it’s quiet, and it has endless design potential.

Why we’re loving Cloud Dancer
White has, and always will be, a cornerstone in interior design, and Cloud Dancer is a great example of how there is so much more to white. There’s a softness to it, not stark or clinical, but enveloping and warm. It reflects light beautifully, makes spaces feel more expansive, and acts as the perfect partner to every texture: think warm woods, brushed brass, and artisinal ceramics.
In a month where everything feels a little bare, Cloud Dancer is fresh but warm, calm but characterful. And when used in tiles, it becomes a canvas for layering, styling, and setting the tone for the rest of the year.
