From time to time we look to expand our small team. Due to an increase in the interaction we have with our fab customers we are looking for 2 new team members to be based in our Swansea showroom/ offices.

Interior Designer
We need a qualified designer to assist our customers when they are creating rooms schemes with our tiles.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in interior design.
They must be focused on offering our customers the best possible customer service, over the telephone and in person within our showroom.
They must be able to communicate design ideas via email with the use of photoshop, simple photography and mood boards. 
The designer must be able to create floor plans and elevations and take off quantities from plans and drawings.
The role does include some Saturday working, as part of a rota.
Salary based on experience.

Showroom Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and focused showroom manager. 
This important role will be ideal for anyone who has past retail management experience, who simply loves home design.
They must be target driven and have a friendly supportive approach to driving the team to hit sales targets and ensuring the retail showroom looks professional and presentable at all times. 
This is a hands on role and the manager will also be customer facing and be an active part of the sales team. Therefore an interest in interior design trends and processes is extremely important, even though the manager will have support from the interior designers who are also part of the team.
The role does include some Saturday working, as part of a rota.
Salary is based on experience.
